Simliar to a RoadWorthy service, a pre-purchase inspection should be done prior to purchasing a second hand vehicle. The purpose of such is to allow the potential buyer to be aware of the general condition of the vehicle which relates to its safety (First Priority) and quality. It gives the buyer an indicator so that when it comes to selling that particular vehicle in the future less money will be spent on repairs.
